We're all welcoming through most of June, July and August - but by September I'm tired of finding drink cups in my planter, dirty beach towels strewn across the street and strangers parked in the alleys (confused as to why this is a bad thing, even when they're clearly blocking garages). Sounds like you have perspective right now - tell me how you feel by September.
